可命运对于兰赫而言，不仅仅简单的将帆船带到了他的生命当中，它还为这段旅途蒙上了一层灰色面纱。

2015年，在训练中一直倍感疲劳的兰赫突然被查出肺部癌细胞病变，幸亏发现及时，他在西班牙巴塞罗那市的一家医院接受了左肺切除手术。

" t& f) X5 [3 q0 n% k- g 在六个月的治疗过程当中，兰赫一直保持着一个乐观的心态。术后仅用5天，他就开始骑自行车训练，不到一个月的时间，他便奇迹般的重返了训练场。" D. j O" y1 u9 I1 V0 b' n
