美国证管会(SEC)对去年已申请破产的加密货币借贷平台Celsius Networks的重组计划

SEC在9月22日针对Celsius近期的重组计划，向美国纽约南区破产法院提出有限的反对和权利保留。Celsius
v7 B5 _& d9 v( v) @% v3 UNetworks这项重组计划早在8月15日就已提交，目前为第四版，此前在3月提交的初步计划并未准许。4 I9 r8 K6 r& q( w% i
重组计划的增补内容提出一项与Coinbase的分销服务(Distribution Services)协议，Celsius寻求秘密提交信息给- D( ?, D1 [8 v: O
法院而不成为公共纪录。然而，SEC对此提出反对，理由是这项交易可能要求Coinbase在提供服务时，远远超过8 c$ e: ?- H. _/ R0 n# L$ S
分销机构提供服务的范围，也就是SEC在6月向Coinbase提出民事告诉中，涉及问题的相关服务。
