比推消息，两位熟悉谈判的消息人士告诉 The Block，Genesis Global Capital 债权人正在与该公司谈判一项预先打包的破产计划。 据其中一位消息人士称，包括 Gemini 在内的债权人会同意根据预先打包的破产计划，在大多数付款中，宽容期为一到两年。作为交换，债权人将获得现金支付和 Genesis 母公司 Digital Currency Group 的股权。Gemini 去年年底成立了一个特设委员会，以协调与其他债权人的努力，并在 Genesis 停止其平台上的提款后共同倡导解决方案。
