前言
加密世界正在步入Web3.0的时代，用户体量正在朝着10亿规模发展，这对公链容量提出了要求和挑战。以太坊已经发展成为最大的加密生态系统，未来必然将承担重要责任，包括主要的搭建底层架构，以及支持生态运转的各类智能合约部署等。
上一轮牛市中以太坊已经出现拥堵和高Gas费的问题，而Solana等高性能公链的崛起，也分流了以太坊大量用户，为了确保自身公链的龙头地位，扩容迫在眉睫。
另外，一直以来，强大的技术社区为以太坊生态发展提供了主要动力，被认为是以太坊的护城河，但是目前以太坊的性能对于开发人员产生巨大掣肘。此时，PoS机制就是一种更节能和更好的增强可扩展性的解决方案。
虽然行业普遍认为PoW更利于去中心化和安全，但是以太坊前期经历了PoW的公平启动，完成了Token的分散，未来转为PoS后依旧能够保持较高的去中心化程度和安全性。以太坊在不可能三角中找到平衡，用时间换取了增强可扩展性带来的空间。
