澳门博彩(00880)公布中期业绩，纯利录得5.71亿元，按年上升8.1%，胜市场预期。每股盈利15.2仙，不派息。澳BO表示，期内银行结余及现金录得46.766亿元，按年减少28.2%，主要是新葡京及十六浦之资本开支，及支付去年股息所致。

期内公司收益为154.523亿元，较去年同期的161.816亿元，下跌4.5%。集团主席何鸿燊表示，集团于今年7月16日成功上市，为公司业务发展的里程碑，同时亦增加公司之透明度。不过，澳BO亦需面对行业的竞争环境、人手及成本问题，未来将会充满挑战。

集团的旗舰新葡京期内收益及纯利分别为45.769亿元及6.479亿元，按年升幅顺次为3倍及14倍。当中，期内来自中场赌 博彩业务之博彩收益占总收益36.8%，去年同期则占32.2%。澳BO于期内共有1229张中场赌 ，包括于08年2月开业的十六浦所提供的105张中场赌 。来自角子机业务及其它博彩业务收益则占总收益之3.2%；去年同期则占2.6%。澳BO于期内共有3906部角子机，于去年12月31日止，则只有3702部角子机。
