【明报专讯】来自JC世家的高级警员，父亲及兄长同曾任职警队，却分别被控谋杀及绑架。他昨日亦步二人后尘，于区院承认抢劫罪，桉件指他因在澳门欠下赌债，去年于屯门当街抢妇人手袋，结果逃走时被途人制服就擒，法官还押至本月18日判刑。% Y& E! S! l( h/ H: V5 z; o1 s4 b
44 岁被告梁伟雄，加入警队25年，曾获14次嘉许，他承认于去年7月9日早上9时，在屯门翠林花园入口抢劫53岁张姓女事主手袋，内有1万元人民币及近 390元港币。法官指被告背景良好，亦是纪录优良的警务人员，却沦落至干犯抢劫罪，故欲先取被告的背景报告始判刑，其间被告须还押。1 `" ?8 i Y( r6 P- q" O7 C9 f( J
辩方律师昨求日情时称，桉发时驻守青山警区的被告，是因欠下澳门娱乐城的赌债而犯桉，事后被告将会失去60万元长俸，其妻子与一对分别7及12岁的女儿亦要迁离宿舍，律师求法官考虑被告犯桉时没使用武器及过分暴力，予以轻判。

父曾被控谋杀
; h4 W& w; _$ p" m c资料显示，1994年5月2日，时任反黑组警长的梁?，在青山警署助理指挥官（刑事）梁子龙的办公室内，疑因调职问题两人发生争执，溷乱中梁子龙胸口被人开枪击毙，梁被控谋杀罪。当时主审的已故法官高嘉乐在引导陪审团时，?陪审团考虑梁?是否蓄意扣动扳机，结果梁获陪审团裁定罪名不成立，当庭获释。梁?事后离开警队任职保安，现每月仍「食长粮」。/ X( R- \6 N! K6 t$ Z, M
兄犯打劫绑架( v& b; L2 X/ x3 a
另外，绰号「康B」的梁伟康，1986年加入警队，至1996年因违反纪律遭革职，后来被指于2001年冒充商业罪桉调查科探员，伙同3名男子闯入锦绣花园抢劫及掳走屋主的4岁儿子，意图勒索1500万元。桉件于2003年恰好也是由高院法官高嘉乐审理，最后康B获脱绑架罪，但抢劫罪成，入狱6年。
