% ~$ B6 h' M% s* z- A 大奖得主在领奖前并未和浙江福彩中心取得任何联系，昨天上午9点多，他带着爱人前来兑奖。福彩中心第一时间启动绿色通道，完成查验彩票、身份证、银行转账等流程，约11点半左右，大奖得主完成兑奖，离开福彩中心。! a0 H# V+ G3 {% v2 P' ?3 ~
大奖得主并未化装，只是在由福彩中心拍摄新闻图片的时候，戴上了一顶大熊猫头盔做掩饰。大奖得主明确表示不愿意接受媒体采访，福彩中心尊重大奖得主意愿，并未让媒体直接接触得主。 `* S# p+ w0 i" J# p8 m- h
据了解，中奖者为浙江新昌县的一位青年人，他神色淡定，还不时主动与工作人员讲述中奖后的心情。兑奖时，中奖人主动提出从奖金中提取2000万元，捐赠给绍兴市的新昌县。他说：“我家不困难，以前我们就帮助过一些人，我与爱人商量了，今后每年都会拿出部分钱继续做善事。”按规定，中奖者捐款部分不需纳税，他实际缴税1.09亿元，成为我国彩票发行24年来获中奖奖金和中奖纳税最高的彩民。7 s3 f& J) o7 V* g2 _% T

中奖者称，他买彩票已11年，因为自己做生意，经济条件较好，一般都采用复式和加倍投注方法，这些年他花在买彩上的钱有三十多万，不过之前只中过1万多元的奖。
& ]/ B; w$ P7 p( H 7月26日午饭后，去看朋友，买了礼品后剩下250元，“250”不好听，就买了200元，也就是100注同样号码的彩票。傍晚，到朋友家吃饭，就在另一个彩票站买了同样号码的10注。三张彩票共110注一等奖都是他一人所中。“买彩票完全是好玩，买了彩票却经常忘对奖。这次买了后就到外地去了，知道中奖是10天后的事，是我爱人听别人谈起，我才想起买的彩票。”他说。. a9 X: j q" [! m6 W% X/ [1 n

他说，得知中奖那晚，他失眠了，不过第二天就平静下来了。考虑到家里人或许没有这么好的承受力，所以到目前为止，中奖的消息只有他和爱人知道。他说这几年做生意各地跑，没时间陪家人，最大的梦想多陪陪父母，让他们享福。如何安排以后的生活？小伙子淡定地说，家里不缺钱，先存银行吧。据了解，中奖者出身农家，文化程度不高，但经过多年打拼，积累了一定身家。平时最大爱好就是买彩票，打台球。他透露，曾想过把钱都捐掉，怕太多钱惹麻烦。现在钱领走了，“多为社会做点事吧。”
