[color=#000][p=25, 2, left]本报讯(记者 常鹏) 为预防金融诈骗，近日，北京市公安局根据诈骗特点编制了银行转账预防提示单，现已在北京市范围内国有银行普遍实施，部分股份制银行还没有开始推广，下一步警方将根据现在金融诈骗出现的新类型，适时调整提示内容，扩大提示范围。[/p][p=25, 2, left]记者了解到，“北京市公安局防范电信诈骗安全提示单”中共列有14项与诈骗相关的提示内容，其中第10项为“以能够预测电脑彩票的中奖号码，或指导投资股票盈利、代管股票投资等方式，推荐电脑预测彩票中奖号码，代炒股票保证盈利，不赚不收费。如果有兴趣，劝你入会，需要收取少量会员费，服务费。”[/p][p=25, 2, left]北京警方相关负责人称，填写“提示单”旨在防诈骗。对于不存在诈骗风险的人来说，这些条款都是经过认真精编的，可以说每一项提示都有其重要的防骗意义。目前也有案例证明，根据银行的提示单，警方为市民追缴回已经汇出的钱。本报提醒彩民，彩票诈骗多以提供预测中奖号码为诱饵，骗取入会费用，一旦收到汇款，骗子就会立即消失。[/p][p=25, 2, left]相关新闻：[/p][p=25, 2, left]日前，浙江省杭州市下城区人民法院召开新闻发布会，对近期审理的一些非法集资类案件进行通报，其中对一些中老年人被诈骗案提出预警。[/p][p=25, 2, left]法院近期审理的两起集资诈骗案主要针对中老年人，如徐四龙集资诈骗案。徐四龙利用传销手段，以团购福利彩票及投资老年公寓等为幌子，以购买股积分、承诺付息的方法，向百余名被害人募集资金人民币193万余元。被害对象大多数为中老年人，通过口口相传、参加推介会而成为受害群体，他们风险意识较弱、识别能力较差，出于某种原因在“投资”前未与家人商量沟通。[/p][/color] |
