澳门赌业复苏 博企调升荷官薪酬普遍过千元

据澳门日报报道，金融海啸期间，澳门部分博企放无薪假变相减薪，导致员工士气低落。随着经济复苏，有博企率先调升荷官薪酬，普遍过千元，但加幅不一，后勤部门则仍加薪无期。这是海啸后首次传出博企加薪，澳大博彩研究所所长冯家超认为，近年新荷官供应减少，中场庄官压力有增无减，加快流失。加薪除了留住前线员工，相信也是博企重视中场的发展策略。
& o4 ^' A5 E" r1 w8 [. a 市场传闻，新豪天地藉着开业一周年，宣布入职满一年的荷官及监场主任获加薪，但不同薪酬水平的荷官、监场主任加薪幅度各异。如五天工作制(40小时)荷官薪金由9500(澳门元，下同)升至10750元，加幅约13.16%；六天工作制(48小时)荷官薪金视乎资历由11500元至13800元，现调升至13000元或15000元，加幅分别约13%、8.7%。月薪16000荷官未获加薪，后勤部门亦无加薪消息。
& X- ] m, I( L: [! H6 O: F/ P 冯家超表示，新豪天地于金融海啸期间开幕，薪酬水平较市价低，观乎今次前线员工加薪幅度，相信是追回市场价，不会拉高行业整体薪酬。: s. y5 n4 z5 ^! y3 ~
经济高速增长后，各行薪酬都以荷官为目标，越追越贴，令荷官吸引力一日不如一日。加上工作压力大，越来越多人不愿意为多一点点薪酬而入职荷官，故近年参加荷官培训的居民减少，导致新荷官供应下跌。 # e! ]$ s, m/ V4 s0 i4 \1 u& g
除了工作压力大，工作环境不健康，一些已入职的荷官萌生离职念头，付诸行动后相信一段时间都不会回流。加上金融海啸期间，博企有利润仍向荷官等前线员工“开刀”，打击员工信心。倘新荷官供应减少、流失率上升情况持续，具经验荷官将会减少，影响中场服务。4 s; T+ z" r& p5 T5 U. r
博企只为前线员工加薪除了留人，也反映博企重视中场，需要稳定人资队伍。贵宾厅虽然投注额大，扣除中介人码佣后，毛利率不高，故长远会转移开发毛利率较高的中场业务。中场顾客较多，贵宾厅顾客较少，荷官在中场出错机会一般较贵宾厅大，经常受气，压力更大。加上中场工作环境欠佳，不加薪稳定人资队伍，相信更难发展中场。因此，只对娱乐场前线员工加薪，后勤未有受惠，相信是博企审视未来发展目标后作出的决定。 |
