中安在线3月2日讯 与国外一家Dubo网站勾结，成为国内的一级代理，短短十余天时间，其代理账号下的会员参赌资金数额达上亿元，该网站运营4个月内滚动押注达到11亿元人民币，获利上百万元。3月2日上午，以阮伟为首的合肥特大Dubo团伙14人因涉嫌开设DC罪，站在合肥市庐阳区法院接受审判。# p3 y, n+ r6 z& n( j# i$ Y2 }9 Q6 n

. X6 n g1 |9 f; u' K4 E; ^ 2010年年初，一家位于柬埔寨名称为“迪威娱乐”的境外Dubo网站进入天朝警方的视线，警方发现在合肥有为数众多的涉案人员。随后，公安部将侦办和破获位于柬埔寨的“迪威娱乐”Dubo网站的专案交给了合肥市公安局。经过前期的大量侦查工作，一个隐藏在合肥市地下多年，以家庭主要成员为骨干力量的庞大Dubo团伙逐渐浮出水面。$ u# ~/ L+ Q+ F' M S6 X

经调查，该Dubo网站在肥的涉案人员分4个级别：股东、总代理、代理、会员。各级代理及股东根据其占股的多少从下线会员输的金额中提取各自所获得利润后，由股东将剩余赌资通过银行汇往境外DC。“迪威娱乐”Dubo网站俨然成为安插在天朝境内的一根根“吸血管”。. I# Z+ j1 d, y5 {5 b, c
该案主犯阮某，2008年以来一直在合肥秘密经营地下网络Dubo业务，曾为境外“迪威娱乐”、“[url=http://quotes.money.163.com/0600832.html][color=#0000ff]东方明珠[/color][/url]”、“蓝盾”等多家Dubo网站在境内担任代理人。2010年2月，阮某赴柬埔寨与“新迪威娱乐”Dubo网站的经理人联系后，获得“迪威娱乐”Dubo网站一级代理身份，在合肥市直接发展大量会员在该网站进行“百家乐”Dubo活动。; s* c- T7 w& N! y

3 k' K% V! d9 M m, m" M0 E/ }/ m 据了解，该Dubo团伙最大的特征是以家族式犯罪为主，在阮伟发展下线过程中，拉来其母亲刘家美、四姨刘家荣、五姨刘家香担任二级代理，其妻子黄明丽亲自打点阮伟DC内的开往帐目。+ d* H% a- I& F
% o+ g# V9 f0 b& Y" X/ S 检察机关指控，在2010年5月17日至30日，短短14天里，阮伟及其下线总押码就达6337万人民币，其个人获利约70万元人民币(含洗码费)。其中刘家美二级代理帐下赌资数额达1128万余元，刘家荣二级代理帐下赌资达1012万余元，刘家香二级代理帐下赌资达938万余元，“合伙人”赵玲帐户下赌资数额1895万余元。/ d4 W6 l+ W3 S( O4 S# l

在当天的法庭上，14名被告人对公诉机关的指控事实供认不讳，并表示“认罪”，但当主审法官和公诉人问及他们赚了多少钱时，多数都表示“记不清了”，且很多人表示对于自己做的事情，并不了解。
: E; Z7 A3 R5 T4 r) \法官问刘家美有几个二级代理帐号，刘家美反问：“什么是帐号，我没有文化，不知道”，负责上分记帐的被告人黄明谨、沙飞飞坦言“不知道DC是否每天运营”，二级代理人费维珍则告诉法庭：“盈利是‘抽水钱和洗码费’，但是洗码费怎么计算却不知道”。6 k8 H2 R! d8 d; }) \& R; D
* ?3 t O! a6 O& A: T$ f; ` 公诉人认为，网络Dubo与一般意义上的Dubo虽在形式上有区别，但二者的本质是一致的，网络Dubo是一般意义上的Dubo犯罪依靠取得以实现的平台，网络Dubo更具有隐蔽性、诱惑性、快速传播性和较大社会危害性。检察机关指控14名被告人行为构成了开设DC罪，这个罪名最高刑期为10年。 |
