男子捡到彩票“VIP卡” 汇15800元买号被骗

因误信一张所谓能预知3D彩票中奖号码的“天朝福彩VIP卡”，市民徐先生被骗去15800元。昨日(31日)，西安福彩中心工作人员提示市民，这是一种新型的诈骗手段。. C# x) E2 P9 d" c! n0 w. R' G
5月29日，徐先生在电子商城捡到一张带着防磁卡套的卡片，打开一看是一张VIP卡，上面写着“北京福彩3D信息中心会员内部资料使用证”，卡片背面还有近几期推荐的中奖号码，徐先生发现，这几组号码都是准确的。好奇之下徐先生按照上面提供的一组号码买了一次，果真中了160元。. k1 z J/ M. L! o1 i
又惊又喜的徐先生拨打了卡上面提供的咨询电话，接电话的是一名女子，她自称是北京福彩3D信息中心的内部工作人员，卡片是他们内部员工遗失的。她表示，会员卡的信息都是内部资料，想成为VIP会员，要先交3800元会员费。汇款后不久，徐先生收到对方寄来的卡。
6 e0 c6 J- }2 p4 Y( I “卡上面有6组号码，但黑乎乎的什么也看不到。”徐先生不得不再次打电话咨询，这次对方又说，想看到号码，需要买一种化学药水涂到上面，每组号码2000元。徐先生听后，再次把12000元汇到对方提供的邮政账号里。令他没想到的是，当自己按照卡上的号码购买时，却没有中奖，再拨打那部电话，对方的电话已经停机，无法取得联系。
k, W/ M" n' E 昨日下午，记者就此事向西安福彩客服中心进行了询问，一名姓白的工作人员表示，根本没有所谓的北京福彩3D中心这个机构。
3 n3 K6 D4 A+ E/ y! O “如果能预测中奖号码，那他们为什么不去买彩票等着中大奖，而要骗别人交VIP会员卡费呢？”白女士说，前段时间她也接到两个市民的举报电话，他们的遭遇和徐先生的情况一样，也是捡到这种卡片，然后轻信卡片上的信息，并且汇款，后惊觉被骗。
