重庆晚报讯 出于信任，王某把信用卡交给好友库某代为保管。谁知，深陷Dubo泥潭的库某频频用该卡套现。日前，万州区法院一审以信用卡诈骗罪，判处库某有期徒刑一年，并处罚金2万元。8 a: `+ j' B2 P! j
库某，原在万州一家银行工作。2006年，库某和儿时的伙伴王某在万州重逢。30多年未曾谋面，两人好不亲热。
# ^3 }+ j% J2 b; Q" J5 p s! P2007年初，库某找到王某，说所在银行有办信用卡的任务，让王某到银行申办了一张可以透支1.5万元的信用卡。王某用这张卡透支了2700元，就委托库某帮忙还款。+ A2 ^# J- M' b& F1 P
后来，库某向王某借款1000元，王某则顺手将信用卡连同密码交给他，方便他透支、还款。( `* c! b ^, W! h- W% J
2007年3月的一天，库某提醒王某，“你平时事多，又不怎么用，这张卡干脆我帮你保管算了。”
$ B: X: X2 H: Q( k; N王某觉得兄弟伙的提醒似乎也有些道理，于是这张信用卡就由库某保管。
# I- d7 o/ a% D) v2 E% `( d事后查明，库某多次将王某的信用卡邮寄到主城，让人在POS机上套取现金。而这些钱，通通被他Dubo输掉。2 G4 O; e" Q- s4 s' }
银行寄来的对账单，让王某发现信用卡被透支，还产生了利息。库某的行为，让他很是生气。& G7 X" T- s7 _9 P9 j
他揪住正在DC酣战的库某，准备将其扭送到公安机关时，库某作可怜状，希望王某念及旧情，能够放他一马，还当场出具了一份承诺用马上到手的退职费归还透支的款项。: {# ?5 C' H; A; ?' H# B
事实上，库某根本无法兑现承诺，十多万元的退职费也被他用于Dubo。身无分文的他选择外逃。; E, K5 M4 K. L5 E$ j
2008年底，王某替库某归还透支的1.5万元以及利息，共还款2.6万余元。7 O' }5 h5 X Z; s
去年10月15日，库某落网。

妥善保管信用卡
9 n( V; [. V& x ]$ H信用卡有透支功能，这让一些不法分子有了可乘之机。因此，信用卡持有人应妥善保管信用卡以及个人身份信息。一旦出现信用卡遗失、个人身份信息无意间被窃取或者骗取，应及时注销信用卡。 |
