L2 Y6 }- R: i% N) t1 l[font=宋体][size=12pt] 济南市公安局２日上午举办了“净风”行动通报会暨电子游戏Dubo机集中销毁活动。这是继２０１０年９月８日销毁６００余台Dubo游戏机后，再次对收缴的４００余台Dubo游戏机进行集中销毁，展示公安机关在打击“黄赌毒”，特别是在打击利用电子游戏Dubo违法犯罪活动中取得的突出战果，进一步震慑违法犯罪，教育广大人民群众自觉远离“黄赌毒”，维护良好的治安秩序和社会风气。[/size][/font][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt][/size][/font] [/p][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt]２０１１年４月２１日“净风”１号行动以来，济南市公安机关牢固树立对“黄赌毒”违法犯罪活动“零容忍”理念，综合运用多种手段，始终保持高压态势，查办黄赌案件１４７起，其中，涉黄案件７９起，涉赌案件６８起；处理违法犯罪嫌疑人４９２名，其中，逮捕６名、刑事拘留９名、取保候审６名、行政拘留３６５名、劳动教养１名、收容教育５５名。５月１０日至２０日，全市公安机关针对夏季来临，部分地区的小足疗、小按摩、小洗头房、小茶社、小练歌房等“五小场所”衣着暴露、路边招嫖等突出问题，以足疗、洗浴、电玩场所为重点，开展了为期十天的集中整治行动，检查娱乐服务场所１１７家（次），办理案件６３起，查处违法犯罪嫌疑人１６４名，限期整改违规经营场所１１家，取缔６家。通过集中行动，摧毁了一批涉黄涉赌团伙和窝点，有效治理了纬四路、黄台南路、丁家庄、还乡店等区域的治安混乱面貌。[/size][/font][/p][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt][/size][/font] [/p][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt]针对少数不法分子利用电子游戏机进行Dubo的问题，全市公安机关与文化、工商等有关部门密切配合、协同作战，有针对性地组织开展了电子游戏机场所专项整治，打团伙、挖窝点、追源头多措并举，摧毁了一批利用电子游戏Dubo机的场所和窝点。２０１０年９月份至今，全市查处利用电子游戏机实施Dubo的违法场所及黑窝点８处，行政拘留２７１人，收缴Dubo游戏机４００余台。２０１１年４月１１日，市公安局治安支队对二七南路开利电玩城进行突击检查，当场抓获涉赌人员１９名，查获“百家乐”等Dubo游戏机７２台，对涉赌人员予以行政拘留并处罚款，依法对该电玩城予以没收非法所得，行政罚款并处停业整顿３个月。２０１１年４月１４日，治安支队对泺源大街金苹果电玩进行突击检查，当场查获各类Dubo游戏机牌机１０８台，该电玩城设置了多达五处出口逃避公安机关检查，公安机关已将该场所取缔。[/size][/font][/p][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt][/size][/font] [/p][p=30, 2, left][font=宋体][size=12pt]济南市公安局副局长吴德清表示，“黄赌毒”丑恶现象扰乱社会秩序，败坏社会风气，极易引发各类违法犯罪行为，社会危害极大。济南市公安机关将继续坚持对“黄赌毒”丑恶现象“零容忍”理念，不断组织开展“净风”行动，坚决打击各类“黄赌毒”违法犯罪行为，依法严惩台前幕后的违法犯罪分子，为推动平安和谐济南建设做出积极的贡献。[/size][/font][/p] |
