上百男女野外聚赌 警方当场缴获赌资16万

“大DC啊，场面相当的壮观……”近日，南宁市公安局治安管理支队接到群众举报，称在江南区沙井街道办南乡村内有一伙外地人开设了一个野外DC，每天参赌的人数都在100人以上。4月13日下午， 140名民警出动，捣毁了这个特大野外DC，当场抓获涉赌人员100名，缴获赌资16万多元，汽车4辆、通信工具一批。

13日上午10时许，在南乡村杜屋坡南侧的一块空地上，民警发现一个20米长的塑料大棚，里面摆有座椅板凳，但此时大棚内和周围空无一人。根据以往查处野外DC的经验来看，这个应该就是被群众举报的野外大DC。而这种DC一般只会在午饭过后才会开场，于是，侦查民警在附近寻找一个隐蔽的观察点，埋伏下来。
! M: P- t: h& W7 I3 M$ i/ y 中午1时许，塑料大棚内已经开始有人开赌。下午2时许，参赌的人员越来越多，至少有100人。此外，在进入南乡村的几条主要道路上，侦查的民警发现了多名为DC望风的“哨兵”。
% X$ o& H: x' n6 J+ D: h7 v 下午3时许，参加此次查处行动的140名警力迅速集结完毕。下午4时，治安支队政委钟庆通过报话机发布指令：“所有参战民警关上手机，准备好枪支警械，开始行动！”

! i' o! D; _9 Q8 f8 F T3 m, C 下午4时30分，第一批到达南乡村各个主要路口的民警，迅速控制了放风的“哨兵”后，第二批参战民警以百米冲刺的速度，对DC进行包围。# C. P+ n( }7 R5 H$ v
“JC来了！”就在民警离DC还有不到100米距离时，一个赌徒大喊起来。顿时，大棚内的100多名赌徒慌不择路，四处逃窜，有冲进周围菜地的，有躲入民房的，有翻墙进入一旁的单位宿舍的，还有跳进水塘的……有的赌徒为了防止身上带的钱财被民警搜出，一路逃跑，一路往路边的菜地里收藏钱物。但是，四处逃窜的赌徒一个个被民警抓获。
4 Q) T: n8 z5 ?# l/ Z4 g 行动中，民警发现一名20多岁的女子在逃跑时，直接跳入了一个齐腰深的水塘中，任凭民警劝说，这名女子就是不肯上来。在劝说无效的情况下，3名特警只能下水将这名女子拉上岸。由于在水塘里泡了近20分钟，这名女子满身污泥，且瑟瑟发抖。于是，民警为她找来了保暖衣物，让她更换。

& ]4 O' E* |% n* r 在大棚中央一张长约8米、宽2米的桌子上，散落着赌徒们逃跑时来不及收拾的大量现金，既有百元大钞，也要零碎的毛票。接着，民警对现场的涉赌人员一一进行登记，对钱财进行清点。经初步统计，现场共抓获涉赌人员100人，缴获赌资16万多元，汽车4辆，DB用具及通信工具一批。- y! o9 m& y3 Y0 q9 J, L: N2 @
下午6时，涉赌人员均被警方带回江南公安分局作进一步调查处理。据悉，此次查处的这个特大野外DC，是近年来南宁市公安局一次查获涉赌人数最多的一个。警方表示，在接下来的一段时间内，南宁市公安局将加大对涉黄涉赌违法犯罪行为的打击力度，市民如发现有涉黄涉赌违法犯罪行为，可以直接拨打110或3142501举报，或登录新浪或腾讯的“南宁治安在线”公安微博举报。 |
