质押ETH大约两年前首次在以太坊网络上开始，当时正式启动了权益证明的举措。从那时起，在网络上质押的ETH数量有所增加。到2021年，以太坊网络上的ETH总额已超过流通总量的5%。尽管已经增长了这么多，但与去年网络所经历的增长相比，这算不了什么。
质押的 ETH 双打
以太坊网络上的抵押ETH数量同比增长超过100%。质押现在占所有ETH的1340多万，占总供应量的11%以上。尽管质押可能有风险，但随着团队按计划进行，这种增长已经引起了用户的新兴趣。
有一些关于如何将所有抵押的ETH倾销到市场的谣言。但是，已经澄清，计划在9月进行的合并将没有可用的提款选项。相反，在引入该功能之前，将有6-12个月的时间。但即便如此，这仍然是不确定的，因为何时实施提款没有明确的时间表。
随着兴趣的上升，抵押ETH的收益率已大幅下降到4%左右，预计随着更多验证者的创建，收益率将继续下降。这种收益率仍然是持股人的最大拉动因素，因为它提供了一种在等待市场的同时被动赚取ETH的方法。
以太坊验证者可能会激增
目前，以太坊网络上已经有成千上万的验证者，但绝大多数ETH仍未被抢购。这意味着在抵押ETH方面仍有很大的增长前景，最近的Glassnode报告指出了这一点。
报告显示，持有超过32枚硬币的地址数量创下历史新高。这很重要，因为总共需要32个ETH才能成为以太坊网络上的验证者，并因帮助确认网络上的交易而获得奖励。因此，这意味着有更多的用户有资格成为验证者。
