' T; y1 ~# a# t* M9 u' v穩定幣作為加密世界規模擴張最快的細分領域，已成為加密生態的流動性基石和核心資產。而隨著越來越多的機構入局，穩定幣的影響力日益龐大。根據華爾街投行Bernstein最新預測，未來5年穩定幣市場規模將成長至2.8兆美元。 信任和價值穩定是穩定幣之錨。由於UST暴雷、USDC、USDR脫錨風波等事件引發許多連鎖反應，使用者出現了信任危機，而保障資產透明、安全、可靠是取得使用者長期信任的基礎。 原生全鏈穩定幣USDV在用戶信任上下足了功夫，是第一個真正實現全鏈透明性與價值可驗證性的穩定幣。USDV的首個底層資產－短期美債型代幣STBT（Short Term Treasury Bill Token) 是ERC-1400標準代幣，其價值透過每個美債交易日的收盤價rebase機制始終錨定為1美元。Dune數據顯示，截至11月14日，目前STBT的市值超1.1億美元。 
STBT透過多方面措施打造了具備高透明性和嚴審計的儲備資產，為自身提供了可靠性和可信度。 一方面，STBT可在Etherscan上查詢每日儲備證明並即時監控，提供不可篡改的底層資產所有權記錄。相比其他項目按照月度或季度公佈資產儲備，STBT支持在鏈上隨時查看資產最新信息，實現資產儲備透明化並更易建立用戶信任。除了專案自行揭露底層資產紀錄之外，Chainlink為STBT提供即時的第三方去中心化的驗證。 另一方面，STBT的底層資產為六個月內到期的短期美國國債以及以美國國債作抵押的逆回購協議。不僅如此，USDV在其底層技術上具備與多種RWA代幣相容的能力，未來可能將其他高流動性和穩定性的RWA資產納入作為抵押資產。 在RWA資產上鏈的實現路徑上，STBT採取了類似資產證券化的運作思路，透過設立具有完整破產隔離能力的孤兒信託結構來有效隔離發行方的對手方的風險，形成天然的防火牆。也就是說當發行人進行清算時，STBT持有者能優先得到信託所持有的美債和現金資產作為清償。當然，對於RWA資產的選擇，USDV會透過治理完成，以確保最終選定的抵押資產符合要求。美債等RWA資產的引入可在很大程度上提升信任度，並吸引更大的圈外流量。 在程式碼安全方面，USDV的開源智慧合約已經經過Zellic.io、Palladin和OtterSec第三方安全審計。 + w1 d* T9 J L; I
