7月19日，记者在塘沽遇见了正在进行骑行锻炼的“塘沽老年骑行队”。这是一支由13个人组成的小型老年骑行队。
, m# O+ m5 K2 ]$ ]9 i# r 李德起，70岁，老年骑行队的队长。他告诉记者，自己担任队长已经有8年，是这支骑行队的创始人之一。记者见到他的时候，他脸上有轻微擦伤，右手胳膊和手肘都有划伤。李德起说，这是在前一天不小心从车上跌落擦伤的，自己身子骨一直比较硬朗， 这一点小伤对身体并无大碍。( @( E: b* G: j9 t: T( Y/ d
“体育彩票是一项公益事业，我们的老年骑行是一项低碳运动，希望能用我们的实际行动支持体育彩票，支持公益事业。”李德起兴奋地表示，他多年前也是体育彩票的一份子，喜欢乐透型玩法，不过，近年来忙于骑行事业，没有时间买体育彩票。他认为骑行宣传是一种很好的宣传方式，如果有可能，希望骑行队能为体育彩票做一点贡献。) t/ C- Z& A; n$ Q
据李德起介绍，目前天津市总共有骑行人员约2000余人，不过，只有他成立的这支“塘沽骑行队”具有法人资格。他认为，通过骑行的方式，不仅锻炼了身体，还宣传了全民健身，对倡导年轻人锻炼身体也能起到一定的帮助。4 D& x) a% F$ S) a/ G) _

+ o0 a7 T( o+ q3 f 天津市塘沽老年骑行队成立于2003年10月9日，2007年6月经塘沽体育局和社团办批准，转成社团法人单位，经中共新村街道工委批准成立了党支部，队员人数也从最初的28名队员，不段发展壮大到现在的132名，几年来，骑行队伍全员骑行累计200万公里。 |
