据澳门日报报道，台湾澎湖县26日就博彩合法化举行公投，开设娱乐城的提案遭到否决。澳门学者指出，无论台湾成功开赌与否，对澳门博彩业形成的冲击和威胁有限，以澳门博彩业的发展规模，难以动摇澳门的博彩地位。

学者表示，未来3年，台湾对澳门在博彩方面将不会形成任何竞争。反而值得注意的是，过去一段时间，澳门多家博彩企业表明有意到台湾发展，现时台湾开赌遭否决，博彩企业可能会转移目标至台湾邻地——金门。其实金门在地理环境上较台湾更优越，与福建一带相当接近。* [: h; w5 w- n+ I4 G
1 M! U) T! U7 E# y# l 在澎湖博弈公投遭否决后，同属离岛的金门县26日指出，金门是否接受博弈，一定会诉诸公投。金门县“议长”谢宜璋表示，金门发展博弈条件较澎湖好，新濠博亚、丽晶集团等曾前来探路。) P. p6 l" Q6 P
4 Z" l+ {9 s7 X7 B3 m 台湾开赌幻灭，学者相信博彩企业会更加专注澳门的业务。毕竟经历了金融海啸后，博彩企业意识到过去金沙短时间内回本的神话，已难再重演，昔日的“小资本、赚大钱”的投资杠杆也需调整，“钱养钱”的方法已不奏效。/ x( b5 }9 G# N! r3 h
1 L$ b; g- ^; r8 {8 {8 M 反而现时应要增加更多非博彩元素引客，才可达到垂直多元化的目标。去年旅客数目为2300万，过夜旅客只有1150万，入住酒店的只占整体入境旅客的四分之一，所以应更多推动酒店等非博彩元素，才可增加竞争力。毕竟澳门的硬件设施较珠三角更有优势，增加更多优惠房价的酒店房，才可成功引客。 |
