Dubo圣地美国内华达州的博彩收入没有起色

根据内华达州博彩管制局周五2012.1.6发布的数据显示：内华达州DC业过去一个财年从赌徒身上的盈利达到了一个历史最低点,但是在餐饮业取得的收入却达到了历史最高点。这个数字支持了最近几个月的说法：州Dubo产业正在逐步从经济衰退的深渊中挣脱，但并没有大的起色。 w: w, f$ ?8 O; u
管制局资深分析师迈克.劳顿表示“从大局看，收入在增长，但是这种增长是不是与之前有所不同呢?你能够发现消费方式的转变以及由此发生的更多变化。”博彩经营使得内华达州在餐饮业方面的收入高达34.1%，但博彩业本身的收入仅占全州财政收入的46.2%，是历史最低水平，在1994年的历史最高水平它曾经站到60%。
5 C6 h+ S! g. n0 A% N- ]! l收入的转变起始于1989年，并在上个世纪90年代的经济建设热潮中进一步加速。米高梅大酒店、Bellagio酒店、威尼斯人酒店和巴黎大酒店等等高端饭店、夜总会均是在90年代末期入驻拉斯维加斯的，专场秀的票价达到100美元每人。8 A% ~& t" h! Z& C
拉斯维加斯的内华达大学博彩研究中心主任戴维.施瓦茨教授说："这是一种持续性的发展趋势，越来越多的游客在Dubo方面投入更少了，DC不得不调整其盈利模式"。 施瓦茨关于游客增长的评论为拉斯维加斯会议和观光局所支持。虽然2011年游客总数还没有发布，但是拉斯维加斯会议和观光局表示南内华达州有近40万的游客，总数很可能会超过2007年39.2万的纪录。0 T+ S( l; y9 \0 k' l" m0 ~

克拉克现的41家DC总收入14.5亿美元，占全州博彩收入的66%。酒店客房消费比2007年下降15%，但饮料消费比过去一年上升10%达到1.5亿美元，比2007年增长7%。劳顿表示"2011年客房入住率有2010年的88.4%上升到89.1%，平均房费由2010年的112美元增长为120美元，人们只是把更多的钱花在其它方面。0 p: y8 R* |1 g5 ~3 Y
总体上看，截止2011年6月30日，41家DC总收入相比上一个财年增长9.3%。但是公布的亏损数字仍然达到2.2亿美元，这已经是连续第三个亏损年。不过亏损已经低于2010年的2.5亿美元亏损。总收入比上一财年的13.2亿美元也有所增长，是自2007年以来首次出现的增长。但是DC设备折旧、高额的银行利息以及其他行政管理支出费用还是造成了亏损。
' \( R& i, m/ v. U. A; K& m; V# {克拉克的41家DC同时也是造成州博彩业亏损的一个主要因素，2011年全年他们登记的1.3亿美元净亏损归因于更高的行政费用。其中16家位于市中心拉斯维加斯的DC亏损59.9万元，而博尔德的 31家俱乐部亏损403 万元。
