2012年3月29日，体育彩票“宁蒗公益行”活动在宁蒗县展开，为当地群众送去了价值10万元的体育器材。受到当地群众的欢迎，充分彰显了体育彩票“来之于民，用之于民”公益理念，推动丽江宁蒗县的全民健身工程。

3月29日，云南省体育彩票公益金体育器材捐赠仪式在宁蒗县举行，云南省体育局李锡康副局长，省体彩中心主任卢一兵，宁蒗县人民ZF沙文华副县长等有关领导参加了此次活动。捐赠仪式上，李锡康将体彩公益金捐赠的10万元体育器材交到了沙文华手中。
; E, L c& g L+ ]. i5 [6 m仪式上，卢一兵说，近年来，我省体育彩票事业快速健康的发展，离不开全省人民的支持与厚爱，截至2011年12月31日，累积发行销售体育彩票176亿元，筹集公益金近52.84亿元，解决就业岗位上万个，有力地支持了我省体育事业和社会公益事业的发展，为构建和谐社会做出了积极贡献。“此次体育运动器材的捐赠活动，是省体育局帮助宁蒗解决群众体育健身设施不足所尽的一份绵薄之力，同时也体现了体育彩票“来之于民，用之于民”的发行宗旨。希望通过本次捐赠，能够进一步完善宁蒗县全民健身设施，为推动宁蒗全民健身活动的开展贡献微薄力量。”2 R2 ~/ v% ` I) ?" }
体彩公益金惠及全民( U( Q5 n" e6 M" c) c
作为全民健身计划的长期支持者，天朝体育彩票一直坚持与全民健身同行，全情投入群众体育事业，大力推动我国全民健身事业的发展。据不完全统计，体育彩票公益金已有超过260亿元用于全民健身计划的开展。截至2008年底，仅国家体育总局利用本级体彩公益金就建设了全民健身路径8727个、雪炭工程258个、全民健身活动中心132个、全民健身活动基地22个、优秀体育公园12个。

自天朝电脑体育彩票在云南上市以来，截至2011年12月31日，累积发行销售体育彩票176亿元，筹集公益金近52.84亿元，。对于一个西南地区少数民族边疆省份来说，它不仅凝聚着体育彩票工作者的心血，也是广大彩民倾情投入、为国家公益事业作贡献的一项成果。/ J! T6 Y* X A) z* ^( P/ E
一直以来，体彩公益金为云南省的体育事业做出了不少贡献，由体育彩票资助建设的体育场馆在丽江、香格里拉等拔地而起，普洱、德宏等地的体育中心以及大理、玉溪的全民健身中心等设施建设，都离不开体育彩票的支持。据不完全统计，云南省利用体育彩票公益金建设国家“雪炭工程”项目8个、省“雪炭工程”项目17个、省“健康促小康”工程项目12个、建设全民健身路径376个，获得国家级“全民健身活动中心”命名资助5个，创建青少年体育俱乐部72个、青少年户外营地1个、农民体育健身工程910个。6 |' {2 P) N/ {# Q9 l: |
据悉，在云南省体育局的指导下，云南省体彩中心每年都使用体彩公益金向基层、特别是边疆少数民族地区捐赠了一批体育器材，为边疆各族群众做了很多实事，也让体育彩票的健康形象更加深入到普通老百姓心中。（ |
