125万公益金资助天津5所乡村学校少年宫

根据规定，乡村学校少年宫是指依托农村中小学现有场地、教室和设施，进行修缮并配备必要的设备器材，依托教室和志愿者进行管理，在课余时间和节假日组织开展普及性课外活动的公益性场所。“十二五”期间，中央彩票公益金将动用24.5亿元，花五年时间支持在全国各地建设8000所乡村学校少年宫。平均每个受资助单位将按照修缮装备20万元（修缮不高于6万元、装备不低于14万元）、运转补助每所每年5万元进行资助。
/ q2 f$ p( [# m; v 近日，天津首批5所由中央专项彩票公益金支持的乡村学校少年宫项目落成，分别是武清区大黄堡乡朝阳里小学、宝坻区八门城镇欢喜中心小学、蓟县马伸桥镇于各庄中心小学、静海县唐官屯镇小学、宁河县潘庄镇西塘坨小学，按照规定共动用彩票公益金125万元。* z2 B8 @% Q6 E% `6 y" r4 w% l9 D
另外，根据《2012年中央本级ZF性基金支出预算表》显示，将有241亿彩票公益金用于补充全国社会保障基金。除了补充社保基金外，2012年预计支出的中央本级彩票公益金中，用于社会福利的支出2.3亿元；用于体育事业的支出2.87亿元；用于教育事业的支出8亿元；用于红十字事业的支出2.67亿元；用于残疾人事业的支出2.65亿元；用于农村医疗救助的支出0.5亿元；用于文化事业的支出2亿元；用于公益金支出1亿元。此次天津5所乡村学校少年宫项目就是2012年中央彩票公益金支出的一小部分，还将有更多由彩票公益金支持的公益项目落户天津，为天津公益事业的发展做出贡献。: n8 D3 g7 y( ^3 P; G
值得一提的是，2012年用于其他社会公益事业的彩票公益金预算支出高达56.26亿元。这一数据在历年财政部公示的年度彩票公益金使用情况中从未出现。也就是说，2012年内将有新的项目加入中央彩票公益金的资助范畴，且占据相当高的比重，必将惠及更多人群。（天津福彩） |
