+ W7 @6 L) `# f6 i 10月6日，淄博市37031020号投注站的宋伟民站长在销售彩票的过程中，一名约模30出头的男子，来到投注站购买了两张“欢乐嘉年华”彩票，转身离开投注站。5分钟后，该男子拿着其中的一张“中奖”彩票挤进人群，声称中得1000元奖金，要求站长给予兑奖。宋站长边祝贺彩友，边让该男子在此等候，即刻通知中心站前来兑奖。可拿过彩票一看，宋站长发现这张彩票有“蹊跷”，在“玩法三”的第七局中的“我的环数”“88”有明显的涂改痕迹。马上警觉起来的宋站长有意无意地询问着该男子的情况，略显紧张的男子则慌呼有急事，让站长先给他兑奖，可站长坚持要他等中心站的工作人员。该男子看事情有所败露，选择夺门而逃。 4 }* o; Y5 G5 J/ J/ _6 V& d

事后，宋站长通过站内的监控录相发现，该男子在购买过“欢乐嘉年华”彩票后，走出投注站与事先已在站外等候的另一同伙将伪造好的彩票（经过“涂改”制成的“中”得1000元的“欢乐嘉年华”彩票）进行调换，然后重新返回投注站内进行兑奖。 ; {* n9 N, _# n7 M# O! f

由于“刮刮乐”即开票中奖面广，易买易中的特点，让不法分子有可乘之机，通过将废弃的彩票挖补、粘贴、涂改等行骗手法伪造彩票骗取奖金。在此提醒广大投注站站主在兑奖时一定要多加注意，谨防不法分子“鱼目混珠”，造成不必要的经济损失。
