余干讯：史书珍 史卫城报道：为净化全县治安环境，余干县公安局精心组织，多措并举，强力推进禁赌工作，依法严厉打击各类Dubo违法犯罪活动，取得显著成效。截止目前，查处Dubo案件5起，抓获参赌人员62人，行政拘留17人，查破Dubo团伙2个，整治关闭麻将馆362家，游戏室112家，当场销毁麻将桌37台，游戏机32台，收缴麻将桌26张，游戏机95台，狠杀了Dubo歪风，净化了社会风气，赢得人民群众的好评。* F/ k0 F' E) I! t' n
为使禁赌工作取得实效，该局利用多种形式，深入发动群众，打一场声势浩大的全民禁赌战争。播发专题电视讲话，在县电视台发表关于在全县开展禁赌行动的专题电视讲话，宣传国家有关禁赌的法律法规，阐明Dubo活动的危害性，教育广大党员干部和人民共同远离和抵制Dubo；同时向社会公布举报电话，建立举报奖励制度，积极鼓励广大人民群众举报Dubo违法犯罪线索，对举报人举报线索经查证属实的，按查获赌资总额的一定比例奖励举报人，同时认真做好为举报人保密工作；三是进村入户广泛宣讲。印发《禁赌通告》等宣传单发放到街道、社区、村组楼院、公共娱乐服务场所等，并采取悬挂横幅、张贴标语等形式，充分调动广大人民群众参与禁赌的积极性，掀起全民禁赌高潮。
! |# X3 M( G' g# @: ]3 I 行动期间，治安、WJ、派出所在全县开展了一场声势浩大的治安清查行动，重点加强宾馆、旅馆、茶楼、棋牌室、网吧等场所清查行动。10月8日，治安大队会同城北新区派出所对县城某宾馆进行突击检查，当场抓获利用“九点半”进行参赌人员张某等4人，当场扣押赌资若干，对涉赌人员全部予以行政拘留；二是集中精力打击影响较大的Dubo窝点。10月13日，县局治安大队、大溪派出所联手行动，迅速出击，一举捣毁盘琚在大溪乡大溪街一Dubo窝点，抓获违法嫌疑人3人，全部予以行政拘留；10月28日，鹭鸶港派出所一举打掉了位于辖区一所学校旁边利用Dubo机吸引群众、学生参与Dubo的犯罪团伙，为提供Dubo机的幕后老板徐某等5人因涉嫌为Dubo提供条件，全部被行政拘留。10月19日，特警大队根据治安耳目提供线索，在瑞洪镇后街，成功捣毁一举报多次的Dubo窝点，抓获张某等4名为Dubo提供条件的人员，并全部行政拘留。 |
