四川地税局为2.6亿巨奖得主赶制特殊税票

2.6亿多元巨奖中出已经三天，但大奖得主仍然“神龙首尾皆未见”，不过四川省福彩中心却是严阵以待，做足准备功夫，在前天召开的新闻发布会上，他们通报了巨奖兑奖准备情况，指出奖金已经全部到位，只待巨奖得主现身，现场还秀出了特意为大奖得主准备的“熊猫”、“金龙”两个卡通头套。

, a; {% y( o& G3 C. B$ A" V 2月7日晚，双色球第12014期开奖，四川省巴中市南江县一名彩民独揽50注头奖，2.6亿多元的总奖金进驻天朝彩市巨奖前三位。当晚四川省福彩中心与巴中市福彩分中心第一时间启动信息发布工作，并于2月9日开通了兑奖绿色通道。2 u" M" s3 \7 v9 `. l1 Q% x6 s* z- S
开奖次日，四川省福彩中心召开主任办公会扩大会议，会议提出：立即启动大奖兑付及信息发布处置预案，确保安全平稳地兑付奖金、准确权威发布信息、正确引导舆论导向。同时，四川省福彩中心派出工作人员赶赴巴中，协助巴中市分中心开展相关工作。

据了解，按照目前我国个人所得税法相关规定，单注中奖奖金在1万元以上，中奖者需缴纳20%的个人偶然所得税，应缴税款高达5208万多元。如果有捐赠项，则将扣除捐赠部分再缴纳个人偶然所得税。目前四川省地税局的最大面额税票为9万元，出一张这样的票要1分钟时间，算下来570多张就要花9个多小时，福彩中心为此还专门找省地税局赶制了一张面额为5000多万元的特殊税票。 [p=30, 2, left] [b]准备超萌头套[/b][/p]- _# `- D. `3 P h: ]
四川省福彩中心还透露，中奖人目前还没有联系，按照以往的经验，很有可能中奖者会选择等一段时间，等公众的关注度开始转移，再出其不意地“杀”到成都、悄悄把大奖领走。他们特意为大奖得主准备了两个卡通头奖，“熊猫”、“金龙”造型任君选择，“在征得他本人同意的情况下，如果他愿意向公众说些什么，可以选择戴其中一个来出镜。”四川省福彩中心负责人表示。
