SEC在9月22日针对Celsius近期的重组计划，向美国纽约南区破产法院提出有限的反对和权利保留。Celsius

重组计划的增补内容提出一项与Coinbase的分销服务(Distribution Services)协议，Celsius寻求秘密提交信息给
