Seyffart认为，SEC可能没有足够的空间来质疑以太坊的归类，如果SEC将以太坊视为证券，SEC可能会被告上法0 S9 p1 B" {, W& H# b+ c4 _* ]
庭，且不得不取消以太坊期货ETF的上市。
