比推消息，据Cointelegraph报道，P2P加密平台Paxful的联合创始人兼Noones P2P平台首席执行官Ray Youssef透露，加密交易所币安根据以色列的要求从巴勒斯坦用户手中扣押了加密货币，并将其交给了以色列国防军 (IDF)。
Youssef在X帖子中写道：“币安已按照以色列国防军的要求扣押了所有巴勒斯坦用户的资金。他们拒绝归还资金。所有上诉均被驳回。”Youssef引用了多位消息人士的话，其中包括币安传递的一封来自以色列当局的信件。他认为这项措施影响了所有巴勒斯坦用户，并预测黎巴嫩和叙利亚等其他国家也可能效仿。
对此，币安回应称，该平台仅限制了某些参与非法活动的巴勒斯坦账户。币安发言人表示：“关于此事有一些不正确的说法。只有少数与非法资金相关的用户账户被禁止进行交易”。币安发言人还指出，币安“与任何其他金融机构一样，遵守国际公认的制裁法规”，“最重要的是，我们希望整个地区实现持久和平”
