在日本，日元一路走低、通胀阴影挥之不去。就在不少企业还在纠结“如何保住现金价值”时，有家公司却反其道而行，把金库押在了比特币上——这家公司，就是被称为“日本版微策略”的 Metaplanet。

8 月 27 日，Metaplanet 发布公告，宣布将通过国际增资方式募集约 1,303.34 亿日元（约 8.81 亿美元），并计划把大部分资金再次投入比特币。Metaplanet 的逻辑并不复杂。由于日本长期维持零利率，加上巨额公共债务，企业手上的现金正在加速“缩水”。在这种背景下，Metaplanet 从 2024 年起就决定把比特币当作核心储备资产，如今再次加码，目的就是要用这份“数字黄金”来对冲通胀风险。
1 {9 L; ?, J7 F5 ~1 F' N5 x目前，公司已经持有 18,991 枚比特币，总市值约 3,146 亿日元。随着新资金到位，Metaplanet 计划在 9 到 10 月继续买入，进一步扩充其比特币储备。不过，比特币和其他代币不一样，不能通过质押来获取收益，仅仅囤币并不会带来现金流。 $ X) A% Z) z- o
为了解决这个问题，Metaplanet 选择出售比特币看跌期权。这样一来，不仅能继续持有比特币，还能额外赚取收益。数据显示，在 2025 财年第二季，公司就靠卖出看跌期权赚了 19.04 亿日元。这次增资中，Metaplanet 还会再拿出 65.16 亿日元（约 4,400 万美元）作为保证金，支撑未来几个月的期权操作。
