比推消息， 全球股票和 ETF 市场基准提供商 MSCI 已宣布暂时不会剔除比特币财库公司 Strategy，但其中一项隐藏条款“MSCI will not implement any increases to the Number of Shares (NOS)MSCI 将不会对该标的纳入股数（NOS）执行任何增加操作”引发社区关注，该条款意味着 Strategy 通过 ATM 新增发行的股份不会被 MSCI 指数计入权重，也不会触发被动资金买入，即 MSCI 认可加密货币储备类股票的存在，但拒绝继续为 ATM 增发提供被动资金接盘，即使 Strategy 增发更多股票，被动基金也不会跟进买入，增量资金将被切断，据悉除了 Strategy 之外，潜在受影响的比特币财库公司还包括 Metaplanet 和 Capital B。（CryptoSlate）
