他也透露，从6月开始，虽然自己户头里有钱，可是由于贷款公司借钱容易，他不时也跟一些贷款公司借钱，前前后后借了约5万元。

陈律师坚信，有执照贷款公司需要好好管制，由于借贷非常容易，导致许多低收入小市民为应付生计，越借越多，但是却没能力还，最后酿成社会悲剧，如：坠楼、家破人亡等等。
