比推消息，据 Spazio Crypto 报道，阿联酋房地产巨头 MAG 与区块链基础设施公司 Mavryk 签署了一项价值 30 亿美元的现实资产代币化（RWA）协议，合作方为迪拜金融衍生品机构 MultiBank Group。
根据协议，MAG 旗下包括迪拜河畔、丽思卡尔顿公寓和 Keturah Reserve 在内的豪华房地产项目将通过 MultiBank.io 的合规 RWA 市场在区块链上实现代币化。MAG 高级执行副总裁 Talal Mofaq Al Ghaddah 表示，这些房地产资产将在 Mavryk 区块链上作为独立的 RWA 代币发行。
MultiBank 将推出原生功能型代币 MBG，该代币将提供生态系统内的交易折扣、优先购房权等功能，并采用通缩回购销毁模式。平台计划将当前的资产规模从 30 亿美元扩大到 100 亿美元。
