比推消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，特朗普提名的美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席候选人 Brian Quintenz 在政府道德办公室公开文件中申报至少 340 万美元加密资产，包括 a16z 加密基金、预测市场平台 Kalshi 及衍生品经纪商股权。Quintenz 为现任 a16z 加密政策负责人、前 CFTC 委员。
目前白宫尚未就 CFTC 主席人选发表正式声明，但 CFTC 官员已确认 Brian Quintenz 为候选人，若 Quintenz 正式当选，其将在 90 天内剥离加密相关资产，并在两年内回避 a16z 相关事务，一年内不参与 Kalshi 事项审查。Quintenz 的加密投资组合直接涉及 CFTC 两大监管领域——加密资产与预测市场，且 Kalshi 本月刚与 CFTC 就选举押注诉讼达成和解。
