【咨询内容】：在E世博是老玩家，已有10年时间，之前也没出过问题。10月21日，账户余额4559元莫名其妙被提款。
& a) A/ y- F1 M1 E' b1 w( i! e+ v 咨询客服才知道被提款到CG钱包，我本人从来没用过CG钱包。查记录发现，中间竟然有下注记录，这段时间我在开会，没登录过。3 R: S$ M$ t, ?0 T" s
现在，客服回复是因为我没有绑定双重验证，资金还在CG钱包里，但是7天了，一直没给我明确的退款时间。: m0 Q B, t% K: {5 l
对E世博还是很信任的，不可能为了4000多块钱搞什么事情。希望尽快给我处理退款。
