秋冬季节，橘子正甜，便宜又多汁，于是不少人经常三五斤的买回家，一下子就吃很多。但是你知道，橘子虽好，也不能吃太多哦。尤其是阴虚体质的人，吃多了容易上火。此外，饭前或者空腹、服药后都不宜吃橘子，橘子和萝卜、牛奶也不能一起吃。* r4 b, F% `7 s1 A3 s7 s8 X0 z

橘子含有丰富的果酸和维生素C，服用维生素K、磺胺类药物、安体舒通和补钾药物时，均应忌食橘子。9 [3 s% X' Z3 Z- k0 q8 Z
