美国立法者正在寻求美国加密货币社群有关数字资产征税的意见，以解决加密货币高度复杂的税务问题。昨(11)日，美国参议院金融服务委员会主席Ron Wyden(民主党籍参议员)和高级成员Mike Crapo(共和党籍参议员)向数位资产社群联合发布了一封公开信，征求社群对数字资产征税的意见，以帮助美国国会税制联合会(theJoint Committeeon Taxation)更好地准备加密货币征税的背景材料。《Cointelegraph》指出，美国参议员在公开信中表示，1986年的《国内税收法》没有对数字资产进行直接分类，近几个月来，金融服务委员会发起了两党共同努力，以确定数字资产和国内税法交叉点上的关键问题。他们在信中针对现行税法规则提出了分为九个主题领域的大量问题，包括数字资产的公允价值(按市价计价)会计、鼓励外国投资的交易安全港、数字资产贷款、假售回购规则(washsales)、推定销售规则(constructive sales)、质押收入和挖矿、非功能性货币、慈善捐款的估值和证明，以及有关海外资产的FBAR条款(FBAR，境外银行及金融账户申报)、肥咖条款(FATCA，外国账户税收遵从法)申报。美国参议院金融委员会将在9月8日之前接受对这封公开信的意见回复。美国税局：「加密货币税收指南」可能12个月内到来拜登ZF自2021年来就多次尝试从加密货币领域拓展税源，并试图在法律填补加密货币征税的漏洞。美国国税局(IRS)在年初公布的2022年度纳税指南中呼吁纳税人诚实申报加密货币、稳定币、NFT、挖矿和质押的收益并纳国税局加密货币税收负责人在4月底举办的Consensus大会上表示，美国的加密货币税收指南(Crypto TaxGuidance)可能在「12个月内」出台。
