比推消息，Alchemy 宣布收购 HeyMint，一家位于加州的 NFT 启动平台，具体收购金额未披露。此次收购旨在增强 Alchemy 的智能钱包基础设施，简化 Web3 应用程序的用户入门流程。HeyMint 的联合创始人兼首席技术官 Flor Ronsmans De Vry 将加入 Alchemy。
HeyMint 在运营前两年吸引了超过 100 万用户，促成了 3800 万美元的 NFT 销售额，并支持了 The Sandbox、环球音乐集团和育碧等主要品牌的 Web3 项目。此次收购是 Alchemy 本月内的第二笔交易，此前该公司还收购了 Solana 生态系统的实时数据基础设施提供商 Dexter Lab。
