据央视《经济半小时》日前报道，在湖南省岳阳市站前东路，距离岳阳市市区主要街道还不到30米远的地方，5天之内数万人次光天化日之下，聚众Dubo。参赌者一次压上的赌资少则10元，多则成百上千元，每把输赢都在几千元以上。

4月12日上午，现场共有两个台球桌大小的桌子，几十个人围坐在旁边，手里拿着现金，正在进行Dubo。
! |1 L4 p {' r h* a& f5 I 根据央视报道，参赌者玩的是一种叫做“扳坨子”的Dubo游戏，Dubo的道具是麻将。( I6 d& W; p9 w; Y- F& \9 }. m9 c. n/ j
参赌者从一副麻将中抽出一饼到九饼四套牌，外带4个一条，共计40张牌。参赌者共分为四方，其中一方为庄家，其余三方为参赌者自由组合。每局每方取两张牌，用这两张牌显示的数字相加之和比大小，如果相加之和大于10，则按照超过10的数字计算，一个一条算半张牌，两张对儿牌为最大。
& H# ]" B) j/ Y6 ?8 O4 w麻将中的饼子，湖南的方言叫坨子，所以这种Dubo游戏在当地被称为“扳坨子”。岳阳站前东路DC位于市区中央，但是参赌者还是肆无忌惮地在光天化日之下，大规模聚众Dubo。

4月13日下午2点38分，持续了近30个小时的聚众Dubo还在继续，在30个小时里，每桌的庄家都换了几次。DC周围的群众说，聚众Dubo对岳阳人来说，早已不是什么新鲜事了，也不是一天两天，一年两年了。从早晨7点到凌晨4点，365天从没有断过。 |
